We love Bassy Club, as we’re sure you do too, it’s one of the finest venues in Berlin, great sound, decor, hot bar staff, the works.
Swelling as The Ettes have recently to a four-piece with the addition of Johnny “Shoulders” Cauffiel on guitar, Coco, Poni and Jem return to impress and stun with their powerful n’ dirty garage rock. If you’ve recently witnessed King Khan and the Shrine anywhere then trust me, you’ll love this too. They’re one of those bands that might’ve slipped under your radar but don’t worry, that’s what we’re here for, we’re here because we care, we want you to have fun.
This New York via Los Angeles and many many other cities band are currently recording their 4th album, the 4th in four years by the way and have themselves boasted that this is going to be their best record yet so expect new material. Confidence, it’s all about confidence folks, so get yourselves along next Wednesday to witness a band riding high on their own supply…….they won’t disappoint.
And I thought August was going to be quiet……
Coming in September also new material from Lindsay “Coco” Hames new band The Parting Gifts out on In the Red Records, a veritable who’s who of guest appearances on that one, “Strychine Dandelion”.
